My Honor, My Honor [Up Against the Wall]

First, before we talk about judges, I can’t believe the thief who stole Kristi Noem’s purse, err, handbag, like ahh, was he really that stupid to steal from the head of Homeland Security? Seriously. Where the hell is her secret service agents?!

Reminds me of my trip to Hong Kong with my wife when we had just entered the hotel and were standing by the elevator door when the police came rushing in and jumped ahead of us in the elevator. Minutes prior the hotel had found the head of a foreign country’s security services dead in his hotel room.

So, now we go onto Judge Dugan in Milwaukee, who decided to allegedly aid and abet (isn’t that what she would convict herself of?) an accused, violent, illegal alien who was there in her courtroom for a hearing before her! Yes, her! Right here in Wisconsin, but that’s not a surprise to us cheeseheads. We see this stuff go on all the time in Milwaukee and Madison, where you can’t get a fair trial before a court unless you are a criminal! Then, you get a get-out-of-jail-free card.

The government’s affidavit says that the judge sent the ICE agents on a wild goose chase to the chief judge’s office while she escorted the accused already-deported criminal out the jury door (which is a separate door at the back of the courtroom for those of you who haven’t been in a courtroom) allegedly bypassing the ICE agents, who then had to chase the illegal down on the street and arrest him there instead of in the security of the courthouse.

ICE agents then arrested the judge – correctly so – for allegedly helping this guy escape. So much for a fair and unbiased hearing and trial for the prosecution who was trying to get this accused violent criminal locked up. Clearly, she had no intent of delivering a fair and unbiased courtroom. Aren’t the Dems the ones who said ‘no one is above the law’?

But here are a few things no one in the media is pointing out.

A.) The illegal’s case should no longer be held in her courtroom. She is required to recuse herself and shift the case to another judge, but will she?

B.) The judge should be required to resign. Any judge who allegedly aids and abets an accused violent criminal escape should not be a judge. How can she be removed from office?

C.) The office of lawyer regulation (governed by the now liberal controlled supreme court) should suspend her from her judgeship and also suspend her license and eventually revoke her law license once she is convicted, but of course, being that they are part of the problem, this leftist court won’t take action against her. Of course, if a conservative judge did this, they would have her head on a platter.

D.) How can any prosecutor get any convictions or ever believe that she will deliver a fair and unbiased courtroom for future cases? They can’t. And for a judge, it’s not just about the actual unbiased adjudication of cases but the appearance of such, too. She can’t deliver that.

E.) The state bar should take action against her, but of course, it won’t, and the result of the lack of any real consequences for her will embolden other judges to manipulate outcomes and assist criminals in order to oppose the opposition political party who is in power. Arrg.

I’ve been to court numerous times. I have heard of judges who made up their minds about the case at the very start and then manipulated the rules and laws to get the outcomes they wanted, including withholding of evidence presented at the trial from the (civil) jury during deliberations in order to deny the jury that evidence.

I had judges completely ignore the plain language of the law. I’ve had appeals court judges ignore the plain language of the Wisconsin Constitution.

And it’s not just the judges, the lawyers too engage in deception, lying, manipulation, etc.

The amount of insanity that I have seen in a courtroom would boggle your mind. I could write an entire book about it. As this judge demonstrated, it’s no longer about upholding the law.
