What some voters aren’t getting, per polls, is that Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Maria Lazar would NOT flip control of the state Supreme Court if she wins. She would just keep SOME balance on it because the court is currently 4.5 liberals out of 7 seats. (.5 because Justice Brian Hagedorn goes both ways.)

Lazar, an appeals court judge supported by many conservatives and who stresses judicial independence, is running against far-left former Democrat legislator Chris Taylor. They are running for a seat held by a conservative, so:
- If Lazar wins, the court remains 4.5 radical liberals out of 7 justices.
- If radical leftist Taylor wins, the court will be 5.5 radical liberals out of 7. And she will pull it even further to the left because she was one of the most liberal legislators in state history.
The state is purple. Thus, a Lazar victory would keep the court closer to the values of Wisconsin voters. The problem is that some voters are being misled into believing that Lazar would flip control of the court or that Taylor is a moderate. Neither is true.
