Chief Jeffrey Norman Unfairly Trashed in BONKERS Fire & Police Commission Meeting

-

Chief Norman wants to prevent terrorism. The horrors!

We watched the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission meeting so you didn’t have to, and it was BONKERS.

Poor Police Chief Jeffrey Norman was blasted for hours by ranting, swearing, almost hyperventilating meeting attendees (some wearing masks – oh, the irony) for attending…gasp…a Homeland Security Program in Israel, sponsored by the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA) and the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA). This program, established after 9/11, “facilitates the exchange of best practices between U.S. law enforcement and leading counterterrorism experts.” The website said Norman learned how to prevent terrorism with a bunch of other top American police officials.

How awful!

Speaker after speaker ranted and raved at Norman, who did absolutely nothing wrong here.

‘F****** Genocide!!”

One speaker called Israel a “terrorist entity.” Another person said Norman “cozied up” with “genocidal freaks.” One man slammed his fist down dramatically, sputtering that Norman visited the “Zionist entity of Israel” in the middle of “f****** genocide.”

He called Norman the “supreme ruler of the occupying force of MPD.” For good measure, he labeled Mayor Cavalier Johnson a “fascist.” He claimed Norman/MPD were going to “come to kidnap us” and snarled that the chief is a “coward.”

He ranted that police exist to protect “the capital owning property of the ruling class.”

And there it is.

Another woman claimed Norman was learning “tactics to further oppress our communities.”

A woman accused the city of being “complicit” in genocide. “Is this what the city of Milwaukee wants, more violent officers?” ranted another woman.

Other people ranted about #ICE, demanding Norman not “collaborate” and “choose humanity.”

How do these folks get through the day?

Poor Norman was forced to listen to these rants for HOURS. One commissioner finally told a speaker he didn’t have a right “come here and demean people.” The chairwoman told the man not to swear or use inflammatory rhetoric.

His response?

“No one on this committee will do anything to protect us from the f*scists,” he snarled.

“F*ck you Chief Norman,” he raged. “You and your department are the terrorists. You and your department are the occupiers. Your participation in the genocide has stained your already bloody hands.”

Who was that guy? His name is Ron Jansen, per Urban Milwaukee. He ran unsuccessfully for County Board, endorsed by… Democrat governor candidate Francesca Hong. State Rep. Ryan Clancy supported his campaign.

The media predictably ignored or sanitized all this (except Urban Milwaukee, which wrote a pretty good piece.)

How many of these same people think we’re all the “Naz*s”? The scary part is that Democrat politicians, including every one of them running for Wisconsin governor, are pandering to this mindset right now. They’re all enablers.

Chief Norman, tune it out. You didn’t do anything wrong. Trying to prevent terrorism is a good thing.
